Turbosmart is an Australian manufacturer of high-performance components distributed globally through our wholly-owned subsidiaries. We strictly adhere to the consumer protection regulations and statutory laws governing each region of operation.
Standard Warranty
Turbosmart warrants all products against manufacturing defects for 12 months from the date of purchase, or the legal minimum required by the region of sale (whichever is greater). Complete details can be found below under the One-Year Limited Warranty section.
Regional Terms of Trade
Each of our global subsidiaries operates under region-specific terms of trade. Copies of these terms are available upon request from any Turbosmart team member.

If you purchased via our website, or if you are having trouble getting the help you need from your dealer, we are happy to step in. We take your experience seriously and will work quickly to resolve your issue.
Turbosmart One Year Limited Warranty Policy
Turbosmart warrants all products to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal operating conditions and proper installation for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.
This warranty applies exclusively to products purchased from a Turbosmart Authorized Dealer.
Remedies & Limitations

Resolution: If a product is determined to be defective within the one-year warranty period, Turbosmart will, at its discretion, repair or replace the item. A dated proof of purchase must accompany the returned merchandise.

Exclusivity: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, this warranty serves as the purchaser's sole and exclusive remedy. It supersedes all other warranties, representations, or guarantees, whether express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Liability Disclaimer: Turbosmart expressly disclaims any liability for special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use or failure of its products.
Returns & Warranty Policy
If you believe your item is faulty, please contact our office to obtain a Return Authorization Number. Please note that satisfactory proof of purchase is required before we can provide any remedy.
How We Handle Faulty Items

Significant Failures: You may choose a repair, an exchange, or a refund. (Note: Refunds are strictly limited to direct customers who purchased directly from Turbosmart).

Minor Issues: We will repair the item within a reasonable timeframe. At our discretion, we may choose to replace the item instead.

Misuse or Damage: Turbosmart cannot provide a repair, exchange, or refund for any item damaged through misuse or abnormal use.
Change-of-Mind Policy
If you change your mind, you can return your item under the following conditions:

Eligibility: You must have bought the item directly from Turbosmart.

Condition: The item must be brand new, unused, and in its original packaging.

Timeframe: You must request the exchange within 30 days of purchase.

Proof of Purchase: You must provide a valid receipt. (Turbosmart is not required to look up or provide a copy of your receipt for you).
Important Notes

Restocking Fee: All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Exceptions: If it has been more than 30 days or you do not have a receipt, Turbosmart can refuse the exchange.

Shipping Costs: You are responsible for all shipping and freight charges; Turbosmart will not refund these costs for a change of mind.
Service
After the warranty period has expired, our repair service is charged based on a minimum and maximum charge rate. (Contact Customer Service for the current rate).

While we guarantee all our products in line with global requirements, our Fair Go Policy is something more. "Fair Go" is an Aussie expression that means acting with fairness and reason. It is our way of helping you navigate the gray areas between strict terms, conditions, and contracts.
